I am a microeconomist and Policy Analyst at the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, where I work on adult skills (PIAAC) and unemployment insurance reform. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine. My research covers labour markets, social protection, and the economics of health, education and gender.
